Alberta Invites new PNP candidates to get Canadian immigration with another draw that appears on 26th March 2021. Moreover, this draw ends on the CRS score of at least 301. The state has given the chance to 300 candidates to apply for immigration in the country via the PNP. However, you must be eligible to take this opportunity further.
Furthermore, The mandatory requirements are that your files should be present in the express entry system. You can submit your file via a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant for better outreach. The immigration department of Canada holds these draws and gives opportunities to eligible immigrants.
More time to apply for Work Permit
There’s a piece of Good news for visitors to Canada. They now have more time to apply for work permits within the country. As the pandemic has hit all the countries drastically, Canada is following the guidelines to give the temporary residents their jobs without leaving the country. This will help them apply for the Work Permit and keep working before they receive the confirmation from the IRCC (Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada)
Effective Thursday, April 1, an applicant looking to benefit from this measure must:
- Firstly they should have valid status in Canada as a visitor
- Secondly, they should have remained in Canada with that valid status
- They should have a job offer with them.
- They should submit an application for a work permit which is supported by LMIA
- Lastly, they should meet all the eligibility criteria for the same.
Good opportunity for French Speaking Aspirants
Nova Scotia invites around 329 French Speaking aspirants to apply for immigration. The aspirants must have a CLB of more than 9 in the French-Speaking Abilities. Additionally, the aspirants should have a CLB score of more than 7 in all four parts of English Proficiency as well.
The pool will only include those candidates who are eligible for the express entry program and meet the eligibility criteria. Also, there was no CRS score for this express entry Draw. If candidates have applied via PNP they will get an additional 600 points directly. Moreover, the candidates will have 60 calendar days to apply for immigration after receiving the letter in this draw.
