The United States has now made rules and regulations stricter.

The president of the United States signed an order to limit the entry of non-immigrants and immigrants into the country. This order came into effect on the 24th of June 2020. This restricts the foreign workers from getting employment in the US due to the breakdown of the economy.

US immigrants are now divided into two categories.

• Temporary visas

• Permanent visas

Under the new system of the United Kingdom, students will require 70 points to be granted a visa. They will achieve the required points if they can explain the offer from the recognized educational institute. Clearing English language eligibility criteria is important. students should be capable enough to support themselves in the UK during their studies.

The route to complete their studies in the UK go through the following points

• They have been offered a place of a course

• They should be capable to speak, read, write and understand English

• They must have enough money to manage all the expenses.

Note: Students will benefit from the concession that if they enter the UK before 6 April 2021 and complete their final semester in the UK

Such students still need to extend their leave as the new route launches in 2021.
